This sauce is the realest thing ever. It literally goes on everything, and even works well just as a dip with your favourite veggies.
I honestly don’t miss cheese, or sauces but once in a while get that salty craving. And this certainly fits the bill. Don’t be scared off by the ingredients, you have to trust me that it all comes together in the end.
Notes: You can buy a full head of cauliflower, but I like to find little short cuts and for me, dealing with the mess of cauliflower is just not worth it. Also, when boiling the cauliflower, it needs to be soft. Otherwise your sauce comes out chunky. may add a little turmeric for more of a yellow color. Sauce will thicken in fridge and thens out again when heated. I you have remade both on hand use that, or one bouillon cube in one cup of water works as well.
