And we made it to day five in talking about self love….but it doesn’t mean the journey is over yet. It is just starting for you my friends. I can feel it.
–>Let go and relax.
Now what possibly can this have anything to do with self love. Well, it is easy. We as women, in particular, the to stress about things. Our hair, our cloths, the last five pounds we want to lose, our relationships… should I keep going? A lot of our stress as women just simply comes from the fact that we are anxious, not trusting in ourslelves and our lives, and need to let it all go…
It will all be ok. You will be ok. I know this because I have been through the worst, and come out the other side several times. My stressing over things, and wishing they were different when they are not, is not “preparing” or “planning” but just plain silly.
Right now, I am enough.
–>Act like you are already comfortable in your own skin, and you will be
–> Dress like the best, and you are.
–>Talk like you love yourself, and you will.
So the my final lesson that I have learned about self love, is just to be in the moment a little. Practice the here and now.
Let it all go, and create space for all the good things coming, all the joys and adventures that you never even saw happening today while you were busy stressing.
