I think sometimes my life is kind of like creating a recipe. Ideas swirls around for a while, then random ingredients are thrown together and magically blend to create something tasty. Kind of like my life. Things happen, float randomly by, seemingly not making sense. And then sometimes they do.
This brownie in particular has it all. They’re slightly sweet, fudgey and travels well. Magic.
- -1 ripe banana
- -1/2c coconut oil
- -3 tbsp coconut butter
- -3/4 c tigernut flour
- -1/2 c carob powder
- -1/2 c carob chips
- -dash sea salt
- preheat oven to 350 deg
- in bowl of food processor, add all ingredients except the chips
- blend well
- fold in chips
- Scoop into either muffin tins or into a loaf pan
- bake for 20 minutes (cups) or 30 min loaf pan
- Do not remove from pan or cups until completely cooled.
- Freeze well for later
